We are seeking a Network Hardware Engineer to join our small but dedicated IT team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Perform hardware diagnostics and resolve physical connectivity issues
- Assist with the physical setup and cable management of network environments
- Monitor network health and escalate major issues as needed
- Maintain hardware inventory and assist with procurement and replacement cycles
- Support low-level server rack configurations and data center tasks
- Document changes, configurations, and procedures
- Work closely with systems and help desk teams for cross-functional support
$20 - $25 an hour
