The Role:

As a Network Engineer at BE Staffing Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

Network Design & Implementation:

Develop, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure tailored to meet the specific needs of our diverse clientele.
Performance Monitoring:

Utilize advanced tools to continuously monitor network performance, ensuring optimal operation and proactively addressing potential issues.
Troubleshooting & Support:

Provide expert troubleshooting for network-related issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining seamless operations.
Security Management:

Implement and manage security measures to protect network integrity and data confidentiality, including firewalls and VPNs.
Configuration & Optimization:

Configure network hardware and software for peak performance, regularly reviewing and optimizing settings to enhance efficiency.
Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
Capacity Planning:

Analyze current network capacity and forecast future needs to ensure scalability and sustainability.
Collaboration:

Work closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate new technologies and support overall business goals.
Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external vendors for equipment procurement, installation, and support services.
Training & Development:

Stay current with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Disaster Recovery Planning:

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of network failures.
What You Bring to the Table:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a network engineering role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Knowledge of Protocols:

In-depth understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP.
Certifications:

CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Analytical Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Spirit:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to tackle challenges independently.
