Main focus - Networking and firewall
-Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
-Typically requires 10 or more years of relevant IT work experience.
-Relevant certifications
-Expert level Firewall experience (Palo Alto preferred)
-Expert level Data Center network experience (Cisco preferred)
-Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of NGFW and FWaaS.
-Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
-Good analytical skills with attention to detail
-Advance knowledge routing and switching.
-Good knowledge of general data center technology.

Job Description: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for the enterprise network architecture design process supporting LAN, WAN, Datacenter, and Wireless infrastructure. 2. Researches and recommends updated networking techniques and processes. 3. Responsible for fulfilling project management role as required. 4. Develops, documents, and publishes project plans for large projects as designated by manager. 5. Researches and recommends updated networking technology and techniques. 6. Provides management with a status of work in progress on a frequency defined by management. 7. Ensures all work is performed to meet customer satisfaction standards and requirements. 8. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations. 9. Performs related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of eight (8) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Detailed knowledge of applicable computer applications used at Client 2. Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN, Datacenter and Wireless Infrastructure. 3. Experience with Load balancing, Ethernet Fabrics, Wan Optimization 4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 5. Effective team leader and decision maker 6. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management 7. Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines. 8. Good group presentation skills. 9. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 10. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. 11. Strong interpersonal skills.
