Network Teams Voice Engineer needs 6+ years experience in IT , with 3 years Teams Enterprise Voice Network Teams Voice Engineer requires:

• Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for MDM

• TDM and VoIP technologies

• Telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP,E-fax , PRI, T1, analog)

• Teams with Voice

• Enterprise Voice Call Routing

• Teams Conferencing

• E911

• SBC, SBA, gateways, and SIP trunks

• DID number management

• Teams Dial Plans

• Response Groups and Auto Attendants

• troubleshooting voice related network and carrier issues

Preferred:

• Polycom Real Presence, Polycom VVX phones, U-link and UDM

• Cisco Routing and Switching

• Azure

• Office 365

Network Teams Voice Engineer duties:

• Maintain a Teams Azure environment

• Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet within the organization

• Ensure proper configuration and security settings for mobile devices

• Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways

• Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits

• Maintain Fax servers

• Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.
