• Support Staff: 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist

• Procedures:

- Lumbar Puncture, Muscle Biopsy, EEG

- Brain Death Exam, EMG, Botox

• Equipment: EMG

• Lab & X-Ray Onsite

• Trauma Level: I

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Requirements:

• OH License (or willing to obtain)

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS

• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
