Healthcare United is seeking a Neurologist to join a well-supported, growing neuroscience program in Erie, PA. This position is based within an established outpatient neurology practice affiliated with a large integrated regional health system. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking outpatient-focused neurology with strong subspecialty support, minimal administrative burden, and exceptional work-life balance.
The practice is designed to allow neurologists to focus on meaningful patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary neuroscience environment. Physicians will have access to a high-volume referral base, advanced diagnostics, and an established support structure including APPs and subspecialty neurology colleagues.
• Provide outpatient general neurology care in a high-volume, established practice
• Perform EMG and interpret EEG studies (based on interest and subspecialty focus)
• Collaborate with subspecialists in MS, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, and neuromuscular neurology
• Participate in teaching opportunities with neurology residents (optional involvement)
• Utilize EPIC EMR for integrated, system-wide documentation
• Engage in telemedicine visits as part of clinical workflow
• Work within a fully supported neuroscience team including advanced practice providers and subspecialists
• Deliver patient-centered care in an outpatient-only setting with no required call (role dependent)
Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Neurology Residency from an accredited program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA certification required
• Fellowship training preferred but not required (open to subspecialty interests)
