The Neurology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and BI-Milton is seeking a Neuromuscular Neurologist for a full-time faculty position across our ambulatory and inpatient locations.

Job Description

• Eight ambulatory clinics and two EMG sessions per week for a minimum of forty-six (46) weeks annually, with a 50/50 split between BI-Milton and BIDMC.

• Each session is four (4) hours in length, with the ability to reduce one session per week by ninety (90) minutes for required inpatient rounding.

• One weekday and 10–12 weekends annually on the inpatient consult service, staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board-certified or eligible in Neurology

• Valid MA medical license or ability to obtain one

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

The candidate will be appointed to the full-time faculty of Harvard Medical School at an academic rank commensurate with experience.

Pay Range:

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
