Location: Orange County, California

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our established and growing neurosurgery team in Orange County, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated physician to be part of a collaborative and patient-centered organization that is dedicated to providing high-quality, value-based care.

Position Overview:

• General neurosurgery position with a broad scope, including both cranial and spinal procedures
• Fellowship training in skull base or open cerebrovascular neurosurgery preferred, but not required
• Robotic-assisted spine surgery and advanced neuro-navigation technologies available at both affiliated hospitals
• Both hospitals are Magnet designated and receive neurosurgical referrals from surrounding institutions

Practice Environment:

• Join a team of 4 neurosurgeons supported by 7 physician assistants
• Strong referral base from over 100 primary care physicians within the medical group
• Immediate access to a robust patient panel and high surgical volume
• Collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, and other specialists
• Participation in hospital call coverage for both locations

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive total compensation ranging from $629,104 to $1,106,909 annually, Includes base salary, productivity and quality incentives, call stipends, and other forms of compensation

Requirements

• MD or DO 
• Active and Clear California Medical License or ability to obtain 
•  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS)
•  Preferred fellowship in skull base or open cerebrovascular neurosurgery, or equivalent advanced training
•  While experience is preferred, new graduates will be considered
