Position Overview
A leading physician-owned neurosurgery group in Phoenix is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery. This position offers a balanced mix of minimally invasive procedures and complex spine reconstructions, supported by a fully integrated care model.
Surgeons in this practice benefit from autonomy in clinical decision-making, on-site diagnostic resources, and a strong referral network—without the operational restrictions often found in hospital-owned settings.

Spine-Dedicated Practice: Comprehensive surgical care for cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions
Collaborative Care: Work closely with neurologists, pain specialists, and rehabilitation experts
Consistent Surgical Volume: Established referral streams from primary care and specialty providers
Physician-Led Environment: Decisions made by practicing neurosurgeons, not administrators
Efficient Case Planning: In-house imaging and diagnostics streamline workflow and scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $400,000 – $650,000 (dependent on experience and training)
Incentives: Productivity-based RVU bonus and profit-sharing opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage degenerative, traumatic, and deformity-related spinal conditions
Perform a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient spine procedures
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Participate in optional initiatives such as quality improvement, mentorship, or leadership development
Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Active or eligible Arizona medical license
Expertise in spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques
Preferred:
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery (neurosurgical or orthopedic pathway)
Experience in team-based, integrated care settings
Interest in surgical education, research, or leadership roles
