PSI is offering a unique opportunity for a seasoned Sr. Attorney to join our client a Las Vegas global law firm in a hybrid/remote capacity, with a competitive compensation package up to $275K. This role is ideal for a highly experienced attorney with a robust background in complex legal matters looking for flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. The Sr. Attorney will play a critical role in guiding clients through intricate legal landscapes, providing expert advice and developing comprehensive strategies to achieve their objectives. In this position, you will have the chance to lead significant cases, mentor junior attorneys, and influence the direction of legal projects within the firm. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of legal service.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-stakes legal cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review complex legal agreements, contracts, and documents.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior attorneys, fostering professional development within the team.

• Jurisdictions’ Bar Admission and a valid law license in Nevada
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, or a relevant practice area.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal matters with successful outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
