Committed to our unbiased approach, we help them understand how Medicare works, walk them through their private insurance opportunities and support them with the plan enrollment process.  We are able to do this over the phone or in person

·         Assisting inbound callers from our sales initiatives.

·         Setting appointments for our benefits executives to assist beneficiaries in person or over the phone

·         Transferring client calls to our client experience department

·         Utilize follow up process with hot leads to ensure a member gets the help they requested by scheduling an appointment with a benefits executive

·         Competently manage lead activity and data in both of our client relation managers (CRM)

·         Analyze lead data trends to report out to supervisor

 

·         Accountable for multiple parts of our community facing events such as our live “New to Medicare workshops”.

·         Assist CommunityConnect in attending client-facing events & managing leads from events

 

Compensation: $45,000+ salary depending on experience
