Job Description - New Business Development Representative (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
:
New Agreement Business Development:
Develop and pursue a list of target accounts through visits and calls. Log all activities in the CRM and meet monthly targets.
CRM Funnel Management:
Maintain daily records of sales activities in the CRM, ensuring visibility and discussion during weekly sales meetings.
Monthly Sales Quotas:
Meet minimum sales quotas and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
Customer Relations:
Assist in managing customer relationships and support other customer relations efforts as needed.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
:
Experience:
Minimum of two years in industrial-related sales preferred; equivalent education, experience, and training will be considered. Leadership experience and a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles are required.
Skills:
Proficient in written and verbal communication, PC skills, and CRM management (Hubspot preferred). Prior experience with cranes or industrials is a plus.
Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and manage CRM funnels.

Competitive Compensation:
$55,000 to $75,000 per year, plus commission (Great commission plan that has recently being increased).
