Job Description - New Business Development Sales Representative
Panoramic Doors, LLC has a position open for a Business Development Sales Representative to grow sales in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. Base salary plus commission.
The successful candidate will be responsible for educating potential customers about our exciting new Hurricane rated panoramic glass door system, closing leads provided by the company and generating additional leads by calling on contractors, luxury home builders, architects, designers etc. The role will work closely with our sales development initiatives and internal departments to provide an over-the-top customer on-boarding experience.
Duties include: Contact new customers to determine their needs, dreams, wants, budget. Demonstrate how the doors function in our new Fort Lauderdale showroom. Follow our proven sales process to connect with prospective customers, probe for the why, and close the sale. Prepare and submit sales orders. Maintain records in our CRM.
Skills needed: Hunting and cultivating new customers in the high end, luxury home / multi family building industry Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. Working with Computers — Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Selling or Influencing Others — Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions. Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work Spanish speaking, although not required, is a big plus
Experience, Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Sales and Marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of five years of business sales development experience
required.
