Job Description - New Business Insurance Sales Assistant - ON SITE ONLY

Financial Sales Assistant – On-Site (Full-Time)
Location: Bradenton, FL
Company: Alliance America

Alliance America, a trusted leader in wealth management and insurance services for over 40 years, is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to support our VP of Insurance Sales and new business operations. This is an on-site position only.

Position Details

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Location: On-site in Bradenton, FL (no remote option)

Responsibilities

  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing with day-to-day sales support activities
  • Run life and annuity illustrations and assist with case design
  • Support field agents with questions and case status updates
  • Prepare, review, and process insurance applications and related paperwork
  • Scrub documents for completeness and accuracy, order exams, and track case status
  • Assist with agent contracting, licensing, and appointment processing
  • Handle commission-related questions and route to appropriate internal contacts
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM/client databases
  • Provide high-quality customer service to agents, clients, and internal staff
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience required
  • Experience in insurance, investments, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with life insurance and annuity products a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience with CRM or agency management systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Positive, professional attitude and a strong team orientation
  • Must be able to work on-site in Bradenton, FL on a full-time basis
  • Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuity Agent license (or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) preferred/required per company policy
