Job Description - New Business Representative

*Business Development Representative Responsibilities:*
* Participate in daily/weekly training meetings and sales calls to become a subject matter expert in business development and recruiting.
* Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities with potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Follow up with leads from various sources, including networking events, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Create and present proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of MedStaff Nationwide’s services.
* Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless onboarding of healthcare clients.
* Maintain open communication throughout the sales process and provide exceptional value to each client.
* Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

*Business Development Representative Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience (preferred).
* Career-oriented and income-driven.
* Extremely motivated individual with a strategic mindset.
* Proven track record in overcoming objections and closing deals.
* Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
* Competitive and determined nature with a passion for sales.
* Adaptable and flexible to support internal growth and development.

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Pay:* $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
