Requirements

• 
  

  Automotive Inventory Experience: Prior dealership or automotive inventory/order management experience preferred; Ford experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Skills: Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), manufacturer ordering systems, and online inventory/merchandising platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Organizational Ability: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

  
  


• 
  

  Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator and team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.

  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  RDR Cars: Stay late as needed to ensure all vehicles are properly registered to their owners.

  
  


• 
  

  Special Orders: Input orders and track progress until delivery to the customer.

  
  


• 
  

  Rental Units: Inspect retired rental vehicles returning to inventory and determine which vehicles will enter the rental fleet each month.

  
  


• 
  

  Dealer Trades: Manage all dealer trades efficiently, ensuring paperwork, payments, and processing are completed while maintaining strong relationships with trading partners.
