Performance Kings Honda is seeking an exceptional New Car Sales Manager to join our award-winning dealership. As one of the region's top-performing Honda dealers, we've built our reputation on outstanding customer service, record-breaking sales, and a culture of excellence that drives results.

The New Car Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations with a strong focus on CRM activity, sales consultant follow-up, and customer engagement. This role requires a highly driven leader with strong closing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Compensation:

  • Income is earned through a competitive commission plan and performance bonuses based on new car sales volume, gross profit, and team performance. High performers can achieve significant earning potential.

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales floor operations and ensure all customers are attended to
  • Introduce to 100% of customers and handle complaints or issues as they arise
  • Train and coach sales staff; close and TO vehicle deals
  • Call previous day’s desk log and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
  • Enforce proper CRM usage and maintain accurate customer records

Desking & Finance

  • Enforce and execute the sales and desking process
  • Desk deals to maximize gross profit
  • Ensure credit applications are handled correctly and maximize approvals
  • Assist finance managers with approvals and ensure deals are funded within 15 days
  • Anticipate objections and provide effective rebuttals

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and closing skills
  • Finance Experience
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a driver's license with a clean drivind record
