New Car Sales Manager

Description of the role:

As a New car Sales Manager at Bowman Chevrolet, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of New  vehicles at our dealership in Clarkston, MI. You will lead a team of sales professionals and ensure that customers receive excellent service throughout the buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets


• Oversee the pricing and merchandising of new vehicles


• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service


• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales management


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Knowledge of the new vehicle market
