Responsibilities

  Greet every customer promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership

  Ask qualifying questions to identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process

  Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, including new and used inventory

  Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, trim levels, packages, and technology

  Collaborate with management and peers to meet individual and team sales goals

  Overcome objections with professionalism and enthusiasm

  Follow up with prospective buyers and past customers to generate continued business

  Report daily activities and sales progress to the Sales Manager

  
  

Qualifications

  Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  Previous retail, mobile, or automotive sales experience is a plus
