🛠️ What You’ll Do:
- Help adults with disabilities live full, safe, and meaningful lives
- Provide support with daily routines like cooking, bathing, medication, and communication
- Create calm, positive environments and redirect challenging behaviors when needed
- Ensure safety during community outings and activities
- Uphold human rights and model kindness, patience, and respect
- Document progress, assist with appointments, and be someone they can count on
📋 What We’re Looking For:
People who love people—kind, patient, reliable, and ready to learn
- Able to work nights and weekends as part of a consistent, full-time schedule
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willing to complete on-the-job training, including CPR/First Aid, TOVA, and Medication Administration
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
