The team operates in highly technical, multi\u2011functional environments to ensure products meet demanding performance, quality, and reliability standards.\n\nThe Design Engineer plays a key role in designing, analyzing, and verifying digital circuits for NAND memory product development. This position applies strong technical expertise and leadership to implement, optimize, and validate circuit designs across the full development lifecycle, from concept through silicon validation.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Interpret device and system specifications to deliver required digital circuit functionality and performance\n * Participate in concept development, architecture definition, and implementation of new digital circuit features\n * Build and support schematics, RTL blocks, and composition architecture specifications\n * Perform RTL, synthesized netlist, gate\u2011level, and post\u2011layout verification at block, subsystem, and full\u2011chip levels\n * Collaborate with Product Engineering on validation plans, silicon results review, reticle testing, qualification, and tape\u2011out updates\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n * Experience designing and analyzing digital circuits for semiconductor or memory products\n * Ability to interpret product requirements, device specifications, and logic diagrams\n * Experience with RTL design, Verilog verification, and gate\u2011level simulation\n * Knowledge of design verification practices, netlist bring\u2011up, post\u2011layout simulation, and silicon validation\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Experience defining and presenting best\u2011known build and verification practices within an engineering organization\n * Experience collaborating with multi\u2011functional internal and external engineering teams\n * Experience supporting full\u2011chip verification and complex subsystem integration\n * Familiarity with reticle experiments, qualification activities, and tape\u2011out revisions\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 1 - Semiconductor Design Engineer 2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
