Job Description - New College Grad - Industrial Engineer
Ensure tool capacity aligns with wafer output requirements through regular audits and reviews. Maintain and enhance capacity models with accurate workstation parameters and performance validation. Analyze raw data using statistical tools and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with central teams and partner fabs to benchmark and improve workstation performance. Lead scenario analysis to assess fab impact, capital timing, and cost-saving opportunities. Communicate scenario changes and strategic decisions with area collaborators. Support capital planning by maintaining accurate tool delivery data and performing NPV calculations. Provide justification for capital requests and communicate capacity impacts of process/tool changes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Knowledge of Theory of Constraints and Queuing Theory in manufacturing. Experience with capacity modeling and statistical data analysis (SQL/Python, Tableau, Advanced Excel). Ability to travel as needed. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience leading project teams and managing conflict. Familiarity with transactional data analytics. 0-2 years of relevant experience.
