New College Grad - Memory Design Engineer, DRAM

Give to new product development through design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. Perform parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions. Oversee layout processes including floor-planning, placement, and routing. Complete verification processes using modeling and simulation tools. Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability. Engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality. Lead progress in emerging memory technologies for the future in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in circuit design, layout, and verification using industry-standard simulators. Strong understanding of parasitic modeling and tape-out processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Experience with CAD tools and sophisticated design methodologies. Familiarity with mixed-signal circuit design and optimization. Proven track record to innovate and contribute to next-generation memory technologies. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
