This will contribute to developing and helping in the department while also learning about other aspects of Micron \n * Provide support for Fab 4 Process Development Engineering and Process Integration teams \n * Provide development for the equipment team working alongside in recipe creation \n * Provide SEM support for FAB 4 \u2013 PFA technicians support the FAB 4 incoming SEM requests from the fab. The level of support needed will depend on the SEM queue on any given day. \n * Provide PFA support for FAB 4 YE part types (DRAM, and EM) \n * Communicate with part type engineers regarding requests, priorities, and/or general communications regarding the queue, etc. \n * Communicate with Micron team members and supplier representatives at all levels regarding tool issues, requests, support items, etc. \n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * MS or BS , and 1 - 2 years of equivalent process engineering experience Required majors include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.\n * Good understanding of FAB process steps: wet etch, dry etch, PVD, ALD, CMP, etc. \n * Ability to analyze problems and provide resolution \n * PC skills to include M.S.
