Job Description - New Construction Residential Plumber- EAST SIDE

Are you a plumber that's looking for career advancement? Are you currently working for a company with no room to grow? If you have what it takes we can put you on a path to become a project manager in two years. If you're an all star plumber that wants to get off the tools someday, I'd love to talk to you.

We work for residential home builders all over the valley. We have more work than we can handle, and we're turning away work because we can't find enough qualified people to do the jobs. We pay 25% above the market rate in Phoenix. All our plumbers are paid piece rate, so the more you work the more you make AND we offer weekly bonuses for those that go above and beyond.

Reach out if you're sick and tired of being sick and tired and want to be paid based on the value your worth instead of some arbitrary market rate.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a residential construction plumber.

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Reliable Vehicle for Transportation

Own tools and equipment is a plus.
