New Construction Sales Representative

 We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to support our growing home services business. This role focuses on working with homeowners, identifying their needs, and driving revenue through consultative sales. Training is provided, and this position offers strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Proven record of accomplishment in sales with the ability to Identify and target potential customers in residential and commercial markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

• Proven ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment 
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present to customers 
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and building rapport quickly 
• Willingness to learn company products, services, and applicable local requirements 
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently 
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Full-Time:

· Base Pay: $50,000

· Incentive Plan goal: $50,000 with OTE $100,000
