Job Description - New Home Advisor

Mungo Homes has a new opening for a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent in our Triad, NC market!

This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community. This will include showing community to prospective buyer, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)

  • Achieve assigned targets to include, but not limited to: Net Sales, Closings, Customer Satisfaction and NPS goals and % of Point-of-Sale Concessions.
  • Maintain and service all contracted homeowners in Assigned Communities.
  • Develop, present, and implement an effective business and marketing plan on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop and deliver to our customers an excellent sales presentation based on the sales training provided to include but not limited to: Selling Mungo vs. the competition, presenting company specific programs, Assigned Community knowledge, basic lending guidelines and closing techniques.
  • Visit real estate broker offices and industry and community events to promote and market Assigned and Remote Communities.
  • Be in assigned selling location and ready to greet the first customer when the model is scheduled to be opened. This will require arriving at your model at least 15 minutes before the scheduled opening time to prepare your model and yourself.  Weekend and holiday hours are required.
  • Show prospective Buyers homes and homesites for sale in Assigned communities.
  • Actively monitor the appearance and marketability of your community, model home(s), and market homes by regularly walking through, from a buyer’s perspective, to ensure that our marketing materials are present and presentable.
  • Promote sales of homes and homesites using approved marketing materials that adhere to company standards for branding and fair housing requirements.
  • Turn in all paperwork and earnest monies into the Market office within 24 hours of receipt or following workday if sold over a weekend or a holiday.
  • Shop competition to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Regular physical visits to the communities of our competition are required as well as continual audit of the website and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain all assigned listings on Mungo.com and the MLS with maximum photos and correct and accurate verbiage.
  • Attend ALL requested professional industry-related events (as appropriate) or as requested.
  • Attend / complete ALL required company training to include training that is off-site or out of town.
  • Comply with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Leaders and Marketing team to plan, promote, and facilitate marketing events of various scopes that vary in number of participants that are hosted by the Sales Team within a given market.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:  Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • KOVA EMS
  • HubSpot

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Residential Real Estate License for the state in which business will be conducted.
  • Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
  • Minimum state-required automobile insurance.
