Earning Potential

• Annual draw plus uncapped commissions, with estimated total earnings of $170,000/year for meeting sales goals.
• Quick Inventory Bonus: Sell remaining inventory immediately with payout 30–45 days after closing.
• Monthly mileage/transportation allowance.

Your Role

• Lead & Close: Guide buyers through the new home process with confidence and expertise.
• Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.
• Marketing & Outreach: Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activity efficiently.
• Community Leadership: Influence builder decisions through strategic, expert-level community management.

What You Bring

• Availability on Saturdays as a part of a five-day work week and attend a weekly virtual meeting.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with presentation software, CRM systems, and AI-driven tools.
• Education/License: Bachelor’s preferred; Colorado real estate license required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.
