Job Responsibilities:
- Lead prospects through the Sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
- Implement lead generating activities – utilizing Adams Homes' guidelines for success.
- Establish rapport and professional present homes with excellence.
- Act as a liaison between Construction Superintendent, Sales Manager, and homebuyers from start to finish.
