All Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven All Lines Producer to generate new business by promoting and selling a broad range of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping clients meet their coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and develop relationships with potential clients to sell insurance products across diverse business and personal lines.


• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to address coverage gaps while aligning with their budget and goals.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to meet or exceed sales targets.


• Educate clients on policy options, terms, conditions, and benefits to ensure informed decision-making.


• Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, in a timely and professional manner.


• Provide post-sales support, including responding to inquiries, solving problems, and retaining clients.


• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to better serve clients.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics for achieving growth objectives.


• Collaborate with underwriters, customer service professionals, and other team members to deliver customer-centric outcomes.


• Participate in networking events and community activities to expand market reach and build relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.


• Licenses/Certifications: Current state insurance license(s) with the ability to sell across property, casualty, life, and health insurance.


• Experience: Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with experience in selling multiple lines of insurance.


• Sales Skills: Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with an ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.


• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and accessible way.


• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and insurance sales platforms.


• Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with a focus on understanding and meeting diverse customer needs.


• Organizational Skills: Effective time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.


• Self-Motivated: High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach to work.
