Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting a growing commercial lines book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for client service, a strong understanding of insurance practices, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $52,000 – $93,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions at the Laurel office to understand workflows and processes.


• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including transportation, trucking, contractors, construction, small businesses, and more.


• Handle account renewals, gather intake information, and provide exceptional client support.


• Quote new and renewal business, with the opportunity to engage in sales and earn uncapped commissions.


• Utilize software tools such as AgencyZoom and Hawksoft to manage accounts efficiently.


• Collaborate with a team to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Prior experience in commercial lines is highly desirable.
  
  
  • Candidates with personal lines experience looking to transition into commercial lines are encouraged to apply.
  
  
  
  


• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is required.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software (e.g., AgencyZoom, Hawksoft) and experience working with carriers such as Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Nationwide, and others.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
