Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager/Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager/Agent to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in personal lines who is looking to transition into commercial lines. You will be responsible for managing a diverse book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of the agency through cross-selling opportunities.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $800,000, including personal lines and generalist commercial accounts.


• Handle all aspects of account management (A-Z), including quoting new and renewal business.


• Provide exceptional customer service to longstanding clients.


• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients.


• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life license is a plus.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an independent agency setting; 5+ years preferred.


• Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software or similar platforms.
