Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Compensation Package

• Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 annually + commissions

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Handle remarketing and servicing of existing policies.


• Write new business policies and cross-sell additional products to clients.


• Quote new and renewal business as required.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Must hold one of the following Florida insurance licenses: 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40.


• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, with familiarity in working with carriers such as Frontline, Chubb, Heritage, and Universal.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is required.
