In this role, you will be responsible for preparing civil site design plans and supporting the development of a variety of projects, including single-family residential, multi-family, industrial, and commercial developments. Responsibilities include producing grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring designs comply with local, state, and client standards.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is 100% on-site in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field preferred.


• 2+ years of civil design experience preferred.


• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.


• Experience preparing site development plans for single-family residential, multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial projects.


• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utility layouts, and site development principles.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
