In this role, you will working as a Civil Engineer for a client that works in the Municipal Industry. This position will be responsible for utilizing hydrology and hydraulic modeling for projects analyzing sanitary, storm, and combined sewer systems, including PCSWWM, HEC-HMS, or equivalent. Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (roadway, drainage, sanitary, water distribution, etc.). Guide design decisions and ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development. Prepare Location Drainage Studies or Drainage Technical Memorandums for projects involving Fed/State funding. 

This position is a Direct Hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE, with possible opportunity for hybrid status later on.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- 2–10 years of municipal and/or water resources experience. 

- Engineer Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

- Experience with HydroCAD, HEC-HMA, PCSWMM, HydroFlow, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or ArcGIS. 

- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
