Compensation Package

• Salary Range: Competitive, starting at $60,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation (up to $70,000+) based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in either the home healthcare or hotel program.


• Process endorsements, certificates, and provide A-to-Z servicing for assigned accounts.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.


• Collaborate with team members to support the growth and success of the assigned program.


• For the hotel program: Serve as the "quarterback" for the team, managing a busy book of business with approximately $3M in revenue, consisting of 90% hotel accounts across the U.S.


• For the home healthcare program: Manage small to mid-sized business accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a preference for candidates experienced in niche markets.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.


• Specialization: Willingness to work within a niche market (home healthcare or hotel programs).


• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
