Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large businesses. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Work Environment: Primarily on-site, with potential for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office) in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of commercial accounts of varying sizes.


• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Quote new and renewal business as needed.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.


• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.


• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
