Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves managing an existing book of business, handling renewals, and providing exceptional service to valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, a passion for client service, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment. This is an in-office position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, including medium to large accounts such as hardware stores, LROs, and condos


• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and servicing needs for clients


• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships


• Collaborate with a team of two assistants and leverage COI support as needed


• Participate in community-focused activities and events, if desired


• Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active 2-20 General Lines Insurance License


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance


• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work effectively in an in-office setting (Winter Garden office may be an option, subject to annual review)


• Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous employers


• A client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service
