Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to clients in the Agri-business sector


• Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless service delivery


• Handle service work, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries


• Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage and industry best practices


• Utilize AMS360 and Agency Zoom software to manage client accounts and documentation


• Contribute to the positive culture and team environment through active participation in company activities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial CSR role (flexible for the right candidate)


• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, particularly in Agri-business


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Agency Zoom software preferred


• Work Environment: Fully in-office role in Frederick, MD (hybrid option may be considered in the future)


• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
