Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As part of a mid-sized agency with a flexible work schedule and a collaborative company culture, you will have the opportunity to work on a large market generalist book of business. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (flexible based on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.


• Manage and grow a book of business with a focus on both renewals and new business opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.


• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.


• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
