Commercial Insurance Producer - Hybrid/Remote

Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producers to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of an organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of small business commercial insurance, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This position also includes a leadership opportunity for a qualified candidate to oversee sales performance across multiple local offices.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, with a target of $30,000 in the first year and $50,000 in subsequent years.


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of small business commercial accounts.


• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.


• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless account management.


• For leadership candidates: Oversee sales performance across five local offices, track performance metrics, set goals, and provide mentorship to team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 1-3+ years of experience in small business commercial insurance sales.
  
  
  • Successful captives or personal lines producers are encouraged to apply.
  
  
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role is a plus.
