Commercial Insurance Producer

Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and driven Commercial Insurance Producers to join a growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for sales professionals to build their book of business while benefiting from comprehensive training, flexibility, and significant growth potential.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 (decreasing over a three-year ramp period)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition and sales.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.


• Focus on generalist commercial lines, with opportunities in habitational, manufacturing, and construction sectors.


• Target accounts with a minimum of $2,500 in agency revenue (approximately $25,000+ premium).


• Engage in regular local travel to meet with clients and prospects.


• Collaborate with Account Managers who handle servicing responsibilities, allowing you to focus on sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferred.
  
  
  • Insurance sales experience is a plus, but strong sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
