Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a growing team as a Sales Manager. Organization is a technology-driven agency specializing in trucking and transportation insurance, offering both commercial and personal lines of coverage.

Compensation Package

• $70,000–$75,000 base salary + commission (40/30 split on business brought in, 5–7% on producers' book of business under your coaching).

Responsibilities

• Act as a "player-coach," developing and mentoring producers to grow their books of business.


• Implement and refine systems to enhance sales processes and team performance.


• Utilize agency management software to support sales and logistics.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a relevant role; candidates with a process-oriented mindset are highly encouraged to apply.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software.


• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
