Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a growing Commercial Lines team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive A–Z servicing for mid- to large-market commercial accounts across a variety of industries, including nonprofit, transportation, and construction.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Commercial Lines account management experience, excellent client service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with producers and internal teams. This position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for continued professional growth.

Responsibilities

  Provide comprehensive A–Z servicing for a portfolio of mid- to large-market commercial accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage accounts across industries such as nonprofit, transportation, and construction.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and other ongoing account servicing needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize Applied EPIC to maintain client records and support efficient service delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with producers, marketing professionals, and other internal team members to address client needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional, and proactive service.

  
  


• 
  

  Review account information and insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  
  


• 
  

  Address client questions and assist with coverage-related needs throughout the policy lifecycle.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Several years of Commercial Lines account management or account servicing experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience servicing mid- to large-market Commercial Lines accounts preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Applied EPIC preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary Range: $67,000 – $80,000 annually + bonus opportunities
