Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including condos, heavy construction, apartments, and flood insurance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in account management, client-facing experience, and expertise in large market accounts. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities


• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.


• Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility, with one in-office day per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $5.8 million book of business, consisting of approximately 40 accounts with an average account size of $250,000.


• Provide exceptional client service, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.


• Handle general servicing tasks, including renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are processed efficiently.


• Quote new and renewal business, leveraging expertise in EPIC software.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, preferably in a large agency setting.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and familiarity with large market accounts.


• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products related to condos, heavy construction, apartments, and flood.


• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.


• Work Ethic: Stable and steady professional background with a proven track record of success in account management.
