Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Bergen County, New Jersey

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance team in Bergen County, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts from renewal through policy servicing.


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.


• Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes.


• Review insurance coverage and identify potential coverage gaps.


• Work closely with producers, carriers, and underwriters to market new and renewal business.


• Handle day-to-day account servicing and respond promptly to client requests.


• Ensure accuracy and compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience required.


• Strong experience with:

  • Real Estate portfolios
  
  
  • Habitational risks
  
  
  • Contract review and insurance requirements
  
  
  
  


• Applied Epic experience is required.


• Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.


• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.


• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License preferred.
