This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, with individual accounts ranging from $1,000 to $300,000. Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, consisting of accounts ranging from $1,000 to $300,000.


• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.


• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in commercial lines, is required. Independent agency experience is preferred.


• Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses or certifications are required.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is highly preferred.
