Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in account management, particularly in commercial lines, who can quickly take ownership of a book of business after a comprehensive training period. We are looking to fill two positions: one focused on mid-to-large commercial accounts and another on small commercial accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a tailored book of business, including generalist accounts and carriers such as Builders Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Selective.


• Handle accounts across various industries, including construction, contractors, and retail businesses.


• Provide end-to-end service, including renewals, quoting, marketing, and policy management.


• Quote and market new and renewal business, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  
  
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100,000 or more.
  
  
  
  


• Software Proficiency: Applied EPIC experience is highly preferred.
