Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.


• Profit Sharing: 10% of salary.


• Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 4 weeks, based on experience.


• Bonuses: Annual Christmas bonus and performance-based rewards.


• Work Hours: 35 hours per week (paid lunch included).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers to organize, shop, and negotiate pricing for accounts.


• Handle coverage changes and ensure policies are locked and loaded for producers.


• Communicate with underwriters to secure optimal pricing and coverage.


• Manage a book of business with premiums ranging from $300 to $240,000.


• Work with standard carriers such as Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual, and Progressive.

General

• Utilize AMS 360 agency management system for daily operations.


• Maintain a high level of client retention (97% for CL).


• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
