Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail insurance, with a focus on small market business. This role involves providing exceptional service to a commercial accounts, managing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually


• Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily servicing of commercial accounts, including certificates, endorsements, billing, light claims, policy reviews, and renewal preparation.


• Handle binding coverage and market selection to meet client needs.


• Conduct rating and ensure accurate and timely processing of all account-related tasks.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a retail insurance agency, with a focus on small market business (average premiums under $30,000).


• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• Proficiency in using Agency Management Systems (AMS).


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
